Your Hub does not need to be charged, it should be plugged into a power source at all times. If the Hub is not plugged in, the Smart Tracker & The Bowl will not sync data to your Ilume™ app.
Tracker:
Your ilume™ Smart Tracker gets charged via the Hub.
Plug the hub into a power source using the provided cable. Place the tracker in the hub with the ilume™ logo facing you - you should be able to read ‘ilume’ on both hub & the tracker as they’re facing you. The tracker is magnetically attached to the hub, you will feel it slide in easily once correctly placed in the Hub.
Bowl:
Your Ilume™ Smart Bowl comes with a charging cable. Plug the cable into the back end of the bowl and connect to a power source to charge.
Once connected, a circle light will illuminate white. The circle will display a scale of the current charging progress.
Once the circle is fully illuminated white your bowl has been fully charged.
You can track the charge progress of all your devices via the ilume™ app by touching the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
