You will need to download the ilume app to set up your devices.
1. Charge your devices.
We recommend you charge your devices for at least 1 hour before setting up.
The hub connects your bowl and tracker to the cloud, as well as being a charging dock for your devices.
The tracker gets magnetically attached to the hub to charge. Place the tracker with the ilume logo facing you.
Plug in the cable to the back of the hub & the back of the smart bowls. The hub will charge the bowl. A full circle will illuminate on the bowl when fully charged.
2. Pair your devices
Ensure your Bluetooth is switched on and your phone is connected to your home wifi (your phone network is not suitable for connecting the Hub).
Open the ilume app and follow the instructions to get started. Make sure your hub is plugged in at all times. Your hub light will turn solid white once connected to wifi.
Ensure your tracker and smart bowl are close by while connecting. Your bowl should be placed on a hard surface during initial set up.
3. Start Tracking
Once connected, place the tracker in the cradle and slide into your dog’s collar.
Now all your devices are connected. You're ready to start tracking your dog's activity !
