Please follow these instruction to troubleshoot the issue:
Check if hub is connected to the internet (the hub light will be white)
Open the ilume™ app to ensure the bowl has not run out of charge. Charge the bowl before your dog’s next feed.
Open the ilume™ app, test adding food in the ilume™ bowl and see if the latest feed is reflecting on the screen
If the data is still not syncing, reset your Hub and re-connect devices (link).
