Switching the Smart Bowl On
White Flashing Light & ilume logo light
After pressing the button, the button on the bowl will flash white 3 times. This means the device is getting data from the app in order to provide accurate feeding recommendation.
When the ilume logo illuminates white you can start slowly placing food in the bowl.
If the white flashing light is followed by a single red light, your devices aren’t correctly paired. Pair your devices via ‘Settings’ in the ilume app or reset your hub to continue.
Feeding colours
Green
When the correct amount of food is placed in the bowl, the white light will turn green and you hear a sound to indicate the bowl is ready to be used by your pet.
Red
Red scale indicates too much food in the bowl. Simply remove the excess food until you get a full white circle light.
If the bowl flashes red upon activation (full red circle) it indicates a connection issue with the hub.
Charging
When your bowl is charging the light on the bowl will immediately illuminate orange. The orange circle will show a scale of the current charge.
