What to do when my tracker data is not syncing?

  • Check if hub is connected to the internet (the light on The hub should be white). You can also check if hub is connected on the app.

  • Open the app to ensure the tracker has not run out of charge. Place the tracker in the hub to charge it, wait for 30 mins to an hour and see if you can see the tracker’s data showing on the ilume app.

  • On the app, go to the activity screen and check the last sync timestamps. You will see the data from the tracker if it was synced recently. If the data has not synced, go to Settings > Manual step sync.
